Hatha yoga

Hatha yoga is a flexible combination of specific techniques that help develop every aspect of an individual: physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual.
Hatha yoga comes from the two bija mantra ‘ha’ and ‘tha’ – ‘ha’ means “sun” and ‘tha’ means “moon”. Hatha yoga is balancing of these two energy systems in the human being.
As hatha yoga is more body-oriented as compared to ashthang , yogmaya follows the steps given by yogic texts of hatha yoga . shatkram(cleansing process) is in regular practice of yogmaya in therapy as well as in normal classes. asanas , pranayama and mudra/ bandh is a part of regular clases of yogmaya wgich is given by hatha yog pradipika and gheranda samhita.
